TRIBVN delivers its products with a strong commitment to its customers satisfaction.

We install and integrate our solutions according to specifications approved during the sales process. Trainings are delivered when the system is installed and during follow-up and updates visits. These trainings are based on a training plan adapted to the products and users level.

All our products are developped according to detailed specifications and they go through a careful quality approach. They are sold with a one year guarantee. Service contract takes over this guarantee and includes updates, support, troubleshooting and training complements. This offer guarantees maximum availability of your solutions within a fix annual budget set in advance. This is the advantage of the serenity. Our intervention delays are 3 hours for a remote maintenance with repair or diagnostic and 72 hours on site in case of blocking breakdown .

We provide remote assistance to all our customers 5d/7 from 9am to 6pm all year except on bank holidays. Even out of guarantee or maintenance we provide a free diagnosis. Our tools are either clients' VPN or a light solution for immediate and secure remote maintenance on any Internet-connected PC. It is accessible from http://tribvn.webex.com

At each on-site paid intervention, we give the referent user an evaluation questionnaire about the sales, administrative and technical approach. This questionnaire allows a follow-up and counts for each employee evaluation. Please, take the time to send it back filled-in.
