TRIBVN ICS and CaloPix are workstations dedicated to laboratories imaging. As such they enable pathologists and biologists to search a folder or images, to read an exam and to make automatic analysis.

Tools allow to screen through a serie of images by zooming in / out, annotating, comparing and giving further indexing information on the basis of structured and codified templates. Printing and export capabilities are provided for easy communication.

The requests are multi-criterions and browse folders and images indexation sheets but also all the associated metadatas such as annotations, measures and analysis results.

CaloPix workstations also allow to make image analysis on preselected areas of interest or on the whole image or digital slide. Morphometry tools, color deconvolution and tissue analysis are integrated as a standard. Moreover, many macros developed by TRIBVN are available in option and include solutions for IHC, Fibrosis and Dermatology.
