The digital slide is a major technological advance which will contribute to the reorganization of laboratories through a change in the slide reading workflow. The digital slide is a facsimile of a glass slide, produced on a slide scanner or microscopy platform. Existing equipment allows the straightforward production of representative image documents of the biological content of slides.

Three types of application are available immediately:
- slider sharing: within a working group, for educational purposes, at conferences or for the conduct of collaborative work
- computer analysis: automatic extraction of quantitative information on biological phenomena observed
- reorganization of slide reading, with technical scanning and on-screen reading routine: progressing towards the digital laboratory…

TRIBVN can offer a complete package, incorporating the production, management, analysis and sharing of your digital slides. This package is based upon the ICS Framework software package, which controls the scanner and microscope slide production facilities, and organizes the workflow for the management, indexing, reading and storage of slides. In association with SAMBA IPS, Framework allows the automated analysis of images and, in combination with TeleSlide, will allow the straightforward and secure sharing of your slides. We are French integrator and distributor of APERIO scanners. Using linear 3-bar scanning technology, APERIO scanner can be used for the rapid production of whole-slide scans with 20x, 40x and 60x oil objectives. Fitted with a 1, 2, 5 and 120 slide loader, these scanners have an operating range which is capable of processing your work volumes.

We are also the integrator of a high-speed scan solution based upon a Nikon microscope and a TRIBVN camera. This solution delivers a high degree of flexibility in the selection of lenses, types of lighting (bright field, fluorescence, multispectral, etc.) and volumes (single slide to 25 slides).
