All the solutions sold by TRIBVN are guaranteed for a minimum of one year. In addition to this guarantee, a maintenance contract is available for the coverage support, updates and repairs. This contract covers all expenses, including travel costs, and the cost of additional training.

TRIBVN uses a high-performance telemaintenance service, the WebEx Support Centre, which allows more effective interaction. If you have concluded a maintenance contract, or are still under guarantee, our technical support centre will issue you a code number by E-mail or telephone. In order to use this service, imaging workstations must be connected to the Internet.
Our objective is to rectify any breakdowns at the earliest opportunity, to ensure the effective use of your systems.
