Get-together at the “Assises de Pathologie” conference on 5th and 6th June in Nice
We will be attending the 31st “Assises de Pathologie” conference, to be held this year in Nice. This event will provide the opportunity to meet us.
We will be pleased to give you a demonstration of the digitization of digital slides using the APERIO scanner and a dedicated microscope station. As you may know, following the acquisition of SAMBA Technologies in 2007, TRIBVN has extended the range of its expertise. In consequence, we will also be presenting our SAMBA IPS image analysis solutions for whole slides (TMA Crop, IHC and Fibrosis).
TMA Crop & Score & Analyse
At the “Assises” conference in Nice, we will be presenting the new version of our TMA Crop & Score routine, which will surprise you by its simplicity of use and its effectiveness for the reading of TMA slides.
TMA Crop & Score is an image analysis routine for the digital processing of the identification and reading of spots. The functions of this routine are as follows:
- Location of spots on the slide using the production record for paraffin-fixed spots
- Manual scoring of each spot on a review scale
- Exporting of results in an Excel file
In conjunction with IHC routines, TMA Crop & Score will allow the automated reading of spot marking.
These routines will function on digital slides from a scanner or microscope. Whatever your equipment or budget, give them a try.

Advances in the multimedia document sharing server application

TeleSlide 2, the sharing and exchange server application, now features a more ergonomic interface, thanks to the relevant classification of information (according to subject area, workshop, forum or working group, etc.). This new version also enhances the security of your data.
Improvements in flexibility and indexing have reinforced the collaborative aspects of this solution. The setting of parameters for collaborative applications is more flexible, thereby facilitating exchanges within your working groups and allowing you to personalize your working space.
TeleSlide now features three spaces for the effective conduct of your research: MyFiles: creation and storage of multimedia files Workshop: exchanges based on the publication and sharing of multimedia files Protocol: sharing of documents, giving rise to secure reviews for protocol purposes
TRIBVN solutions can be integrated with laboratory management systems, specifically DIAMIC CS, APIX and GLIMS. These LISs can deliver the benefits of a bidirectional operational interface. The acquisition, management and sharing of images from your laboratory can be integrated into a continuous process. Our solutions and your LIS will be fully complementary. This will allow the following:
synchronization of contextual examination data (resulting in time saving and improved accuracy) consultation of LIS-based images via a web interface
At the “Carrefour Pathologie 2007” forum, all scientific communications from the French Pathology Society (SFP), the IAP and pathology societies were digitized in the form of digital slides. These slides were accessible, not only from the PCs supplied by TRIBVN at the forum, but also on-line from the websites of these academic societies. More than 500 doctors and pathologists consulted these slides in the course of the event. 600 connections have also been logged in conjunction with this workshop.
TRIBVN has expanded its network of client laboratories and its expertise in the field of image analysis.
