Standards

TRIBVN is a founding and active player of the IHE Pathology initiative which aims to describe and standardize the way computer systems in pathology healthcare share information. This approach has contributed to the writing of a technical framework based on HL7 and DICOM standards. TRIBVN 's products gradually integrate these standards into their development.

Similarly, TRIBVN has been involved in the creation in 2006 of the Working Group 26 of the DICOM Committee dedicated to imaging laboratories (WG 26 of NEMA). Jacques Klossa, President of TRIBVN, is the co-chair Europe since its creation.

Finally TRIBVN supports and respects the standardization works of ADICAP since its creation and in particular the lesions codification and the images interoperability format implemented at the CRIHAN. These works are now pursued by the IHE initiative and the ASIP (French Healthcare IT Agency) contributing to a better workflow of information between vendors and users.

TRIBVN is deeply involved in regulations, with the ISO 13485 international norm and its solution CaloPix Workstation that has been CE marked, in accordance with essential requirements of the European Directive 93/42/CEE as a software for the management and the display of medical imaging including digital slides.
