TRIBVN is an independent and specialized company in the imaging sector. Based in Châtillon, in the Department of Hauts de Seine, the company currently employs some 20 staff with a variety of backgrounds: photographers, IT specialists, engineers and sales personnel. The company has an annual turnover of 1.5 million euros.
A joint stock company with capital of 160,000 euros, the majority shareholder is founder and Chairman Jacques Klossa. The company is registered at the Commercial Court of Nanterre under number B 344 861 448.
The society is chaired by Jacques Klossa, aged 58, an engineer by training and an industrial marketing graduate in applied arts and crafts. Jacques Klossa has spent the greater part of his career in multimedia and image enhancement operations, either within his own businesses or for major industrial groups, specifically France Telecom. Regularly consulted as an expert by organizations for the evaluation of research projects, he is also Co-Chair Europe of the DICOM Pathology Working Group (DICOM WG 26).
TRIBVN is managed by two operational directors, Pierre Hauri, who is responsible for heritage imaging, and Jean-François Pomerol, who is responsible for medical imaging.
Pierre Hauri, aged 47 and an engineer by training, has spent his entire career in image processing. Today, he is a specialist in digital imaging and related issues, including colorimetry and automatic processing functions. He has also developed his skills as a trainer at the ENST (Graduate Engineering School of Telecommunications) and the ENSSIB (Graduate School of Information Sciences and Librarianship), where he has been a teacher.
Jean- François Pomerol, aged 34 and a graduate of the HEC (Paris School of Management), began his career in auditing and finance before joining TRIBVN in 1999. He has contributed to the development of medical operations, and to the reinforcement of the commercial and organizational initiatives of the company.
