hotline 5 days a week from 9am to 6pm except on bank holidays.

If the product is under warranty or under service contract, we deal with your request within 4 hours depending on the severity of failure.
If the product is no longer under contract, a free diagnosis will be offered
in a delay which will depend on the availability of the technical team.
